Friday, May 30th - Today is an ORANGE day

Q&A Club will be offering some optional activities for the first week of June to kick off Pride Month! See the attached flyer for the optional activities. For Monday, here is a link to a playlist made by students featuring queer artists and allies. The library will have a suggested reading display for the month of June. Please note that if the weather is nice on Tuesday, we might be outside with chalk and bubbles as an alternative activity!

Cinema Club will be premiering its short film The Parts We Play Thursday June 5th at 2:30pm in Crooker theater. Please join us to celebrate their full year of work!

Students signed up for Honors Modern World Studies (10th grade) with Ms. Wiley or Ms. White need to stop by one of their classrooms to pick up the summer assignment. It will also be posted on a Google Classroom (the code is on the assignment and will be emailed once rosters are finalized). There are extensive directions for you to follow to make sure you understand what to do. If students have any questions or would like an in person overview, you can arrange a time with Ms. White to go over the assignment before the end of finals week.

After school workouts in the weight room with 2021 Dragon Alumni (and certified trainer) Ethan Driscoll will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday from 2:30-4 until the end of the school year. All welcome!

THE 2025 DRAGON YEARBOOK has arrived! Students, please come by the table this week at lunches to pick up your purchased yearbook. There are 20 copies remaining for sale and yearbook orders may be placed online at www.jostens.com, or students may bring a check payable to BHS Student Activities Yearbook for $75.00. Digital orders can share the emailed receipt and order number to pick up the book at the lunch table.

****Student Device Collection****

Seniors need to turn in their school issued device including the laptop, case, and charger by June 2nd to their Flex teacher.

Students in grades 9-11 must turn in their school issued device including the laptop, case, and charger when finals are complete.  The device needs to be turned into the student's Flex teacher.  No devices are allowed home over the summer.  If a student will be participating in summer school, the device still needs to be turned in.

Next year, all students will have school issued Macbooks.  No personal devices will be allowed as the district is providing a device.

There will be a Summer Basketball Meeting for all boys hoping to play next winter. We'll meet in the gym during Flex on Friday, May 30th.
